Fried potatoes Maharajah

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g (17.6 oz) Potatoes (firm boiled)
  • salt
  • ¼ – ½ tsp Each cumin and coarsely crushed coriander
  • 3 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Freshly chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Wash potatoes, cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes, let steam briefly, peel, and let cool.
  • Cut potatoes into quarters or eighths depending on size, rub with spices. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and fry the potatoes all around.
  • Peel and crush the garlic. Season fried potatoes with salt, cayenne pepper, chopped coriander, and garlic. Add butter, toss potatoes again in it and serve.
