Herb salt
Remove 2 sprigs each of thyme, oregano, rosemary, and 2 sprigs of sage, shake dry. Pluck the needles or leaves and chop coarsely. Mix with 2 tbsp capers and 180 g sea salt in a blender. Serve with lamb.
